The Print head of the DNP printer is capable of generating 256 levels of each primary color (Cyan, Magenta, yellow) and capable of creating 16 million other colors by combining these three primary colors. By using a special layer, the colors produced in the dye layer can be directly sealed on paper and the result can be protected from UV rays, fingerprints and perhaps even water.
