- Canon PIXMA MX350 Drivers & User Manual
Canon MX350 Driver – For a year, Microsoft more or less forced users to update the system to Windows 10. Many users have done what redmond’s company asked for – and can no longer use their printers. In certain cases (or in special cases) it’s about peripheral devices (printers & scanners) from Canon. Many customers have reported to the Swiss consumer magazine “Espresso”. Visible: reports received by the SRF are related only to Canon devices.
Because Canon apparently does not offer any drivers under Windows 10 for many devices. Of course there is not much point for customers that the system is up to date, but they can no longer use their devices along with the system. The consumer magazine checked with Canon’s headquarters in Switzerland and asked why there were no drivers for many devices. Canon replied that it offered driver programs for five to six years, as customers “typically replace devices with newer models after five to six years”.

It sounds especially as if Canon is offering support for old devices that are no longer offered for five to six years. All good, then the device is only older and no longer supported? No, it’s not like that. Because Canon still sells some models, according to the SRF, which does not have drivers under Windows 10. These models then officially work only in part with older operating systems – and that is, where in most places only Windows 10 is offered or pre-installed.
