Canon today unveiled the imagePROGRAF PRO-300, an A3 + printer with the same quality features as the award-winning imagePROGRAF PRO series — the perfect printer for fans and aspiring photographers, for photo studios and photo Laboratories. Lightweight and compact, fitting at the table and producing a quality mold gallery.

The Printer features user-friendly software and design and replaces the PIXMA PRO-10S model in the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO series. The results are fantastic and photographers don’t have to think about prints but can let the imagePROGRAF PRO-300 take care of it and instead focus on their photography. With built-in nozzle reset and tilt correction, waste of ink and print media is reduced. With outstanding monochrome printing and vibrant color printing up to A3 +, the imagePROGRAF PRO-300 is perfect for all photographers who send quality prints to competitions, galleries, exhibitions or for sale. The Printer uses a pigmented PRO-based LUCIA system with 10 inks, which delivers an expanded color gamut and creates greater depth and extraordinary color in every print. This Model uses a new ink in matte black and black photos to get a bigger feel for the deep black color and monochrome images than ever – both on glossy materials and artist materials. Chroma optimizer, in particular, uses transparent ink to minimize surface roughness in glossy or semi-shiny paper and to reduce the bronzing effect and produce extraordinary color.

Canon’s L-COA PRO processors produce uncompromising high-quality prints, easily handle large image data, and calculate the optimal ink droplet layout at super-fast speeds.
