MSI P65 Creator 8RF Driver – Coming with a White Dragon logo box, MSI P65 Creator does look very fancy. When the sales package opens, then a white laptop is visible there. When removing the laptop, it is felt that the build of P65 is very sturdy.
MSI P65 does not seem to want to follow the form of thin devices on the market. However, with a thickness of less than 18 mm, it makes it look quite thin. And weighing only 1.8 kg, it shouldn’t make the spine hurt when carrying it in a backpack.
One thing I like the most is the keyboard button that is on P65. With the thicker dimensions of almost all the laptops on the market, it makes me able to type very comfortably. Although the distance of the press is quite thin, it does not make the comfort level is reduced. But it is not flawless, I still do not like the placement of the Enter button that is connected with the “backslash” button, making often typo.
At the bottom of the keyboard, you have a large touchpad. On the top left of the touchpad, you have a fingerprint sensor that can be activated through Windows Hello. The Touchpad itself is also responsive to finger gestures and supports multiple gestures.
MSI P65 Prestige uses Intel Coffee Lake i7 8750H with 6 core 12 thread processor as well as Thermal Design Power 45 Watt. With the suffix H, making this processor has similar capabilities to the CPU for the desktop. It also makes the processor used on P65 is a monster capable of running the toughest applications.
To compare how loudness the processor and graphics card used on P65, I reintroduced two processors in which the class was underneath. This is only to show how high it performs compared to laptops using other processors.
