Dell re-invigorated its premium XPS laptop line by launching the XPS 15 7590. Now, the 15-inch laptop’s screen size is updated with a more capable processor and an updated type of display panel.
XPS 15 7590 is launched by Dell to bring a laptop that answers the needs of gamers and users who want to have notebooks with the specification “Amazing”. To meet these needs, Dell equips an XPS 15 7590 laptop with a variety of capable hardware, spanning a 9th gen Intel Core I9 processor eight cores with a clock reaching 5 GHz and a cache of 16 MB, and is still overclocked, due to the unlocked multiplier.
In terms of memory, the XPS 15 7590 supports up to 64 GB of DDR4-type RAM and up to 2TB of NVMe/PCIe SSD storage capacity. To meet the needs of the gamers, the graphics performance of XPS 15 7590 is powered by NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR5 RAM).
Switching to the display realm, the Dell XPS’s latest laptop is equipped with a 15.6-inch display with three different panel options and resolutions. The highest version is supported by an OLED type panel with 4K (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) resolution.
Dell also presented a number of port support in this XPS 15 7590, such as a single Thunderbolt 3 port, two 3.1 USB ports, an HDMI port, an SD card slot, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
There is also a fingerprint scanner module that supports the Windows Hello feature. The module is embedded in the power button of this laptop, as compiled by Anandtech.
