Canon TX-2100 Driver – Canon launched five new major format printing systems in March. The new model of the imagePrograf TX series is primarily intended for target groups of architecture, engineering and construction companies as well as retail stores, but is equally suitable for internal printing departments.

With the introduction of five new imagePrograf-TX large format printing models, Canon has set new standards for productivity in high-resolution image printing from CAD (Computer Aided Design) and GIS (geographic information systems) as well as in poster printing. . Five new multifunction devices (24-inch iPF TX-2100, The 36-inch iPF TX-3100, 44-inch iPF TX-4100, multifunctional iPF TX-3100 MFP Z36 and iPF TX-4100 MFP Z36) offer high capacity, manufacturer-friendly and print quality, improved media handling and enhanced security with familiar workflows.
The new imagePrograf-TX series delivers up to 3.2 pages (DIN A1) per minute and no trimming thanks to frameless printing. When a media roll is inserted into the TX imagePrograph feeder, the printing system automatically recognizes the type and width of the media, according to Canon, while an intuitive control panel with a 4.3-inch touchscreen provides precise media information in an instant.
For high-volume print jobs, the option of double reels and high-capacity “hot swap” ink tanks should allow unbroken printing lengths of up to 350 meters from the same two media reels or, if necessary, switch between two rolls of different media types. The optional, front-mounted stacker can hold up to 100 DIN A0 prints and can be folded to save space when not in use.
The print quality of the TX series imagePrograf should be high. The combination of Canon print head and full-pigmented five-colour Lucia TD ink ensures smooth lines, precision text and bright colours even on plain paper – ideal for high-precision CAD drawings and posters. For prints to be used outdoors, ink provides good weather resistance and can be used with Canon waterproof media. The multifunctional imagePrograph models TX-3100 MFP Z36 and TX-4100 MFP Z36 are designed for fast and efficient scanning and printing thanks to the Z36 scanner.
